Inside Sales Representative (Madrid ES)

As Inside Sales Representative you will be a key member of the team and will become responsible for a well-functioning sales team in Madrid. You will have a diverse range of activities like lead generation, social selling, crm, and also marcom activities like social media and writing of professional communication materials like business cases and business proposals in English and Spanish.

We are a small and autonomous team where you will quickly get several responsibilities and the freedom to make a difference with your ideas and initiatives. You will be working directly with the Managing Director and Sales Manager of Web-IQ for Business and will become the spider in the web between our Dutch and Canadian offices and strategic partners and clients throughout the world. Our office is located directly next to ‘Centro Comercial Plenilunio’ that offers free parking and a diverse set of restaurants and shops around the corner.


Web-IQ is a Dutch company with offices in the Netherlands and Spain and with partners and clients throughout the world. We are specialized in using the huge amount of information available on the internet to help fighting crime by developing intelligence solutions to Law Enforcement and Government Intelligence agencies. You will be working with the Web-IQ for Business division who is active in the FinTech and InsurTech industry where we develop solutions to combat fraud and provide risk intelligence solutions to banks, insurance companies and debt collectors. We are aiming to become the leader of Internet Intelligence in our selected markets.


  • Identify business opportunities via market research, lead generation and social selling through LinkedIn
  • Manage the sales cycle of prospects in our CRM by keeping the information updated and providing accurate reports
  • Support sales and business development activities
  • Initiate and support the management team with different marketing activities like social media, website and direct marketing campaigns
  • Office management tasks

You have

  • Completed a University degree.
  • 2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role in B2B environment.
  • Proven excellent professional communication skills.
  • Ability to write and talk fluent in English and Spanish. A third language is a plus.
  • Interest in the FinTech and InsurTech industry.
